This summer from the 8th to the 10th of August the Liss and Lisduff herds are coming together to have a Centenary Celebration Sale and Tour. This marks 100 years since the original farm was purchased at Liss.
On Friday 8th August there will be a herd visit at Lisduff and Liss starting in Lisduff at 9:30 am.
On Saturday 9th August the sale cattle viewing starts at 9:30 am and then the Centenary Celebration Sale will commence on farm in Liss starting at 3:30pm.
This will be a live sale, done via video auction. The sale includes 50 quality heifers and 10 select bulls.
On Sunday 10th August visitors will then move to the National Livestock Show, Tullamore.
For anyone not around on the weekend the herds have an alternative viewing day on Sunday the 3rd of August by appointment.
