The Irish Aberdeen Angus Association is looking for a register and customer service administrator to add to our team
Key responsibilities:
- Support the technical manager and breed secretary with herd book administration duties for Irish and European members.
- Working alongside the company’s accountants to ensure a positive experience for the customer
- Providing customer service
- General administration duties
Requirements:
- IT literate and willing to learn
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Ability to work on their own
- Basic accounting experience is desirable but not essential
Job type: Flexible working hours for 12 to 16 hours per week. This is a remote working model. The successful candidate will be able to work, in most cases, at a time and location suitable to their requirements.
